Cleanliness needs serious attention!!! The bathroom was poorly maintained, towels and toiletries were lacking, and arrivals should consider clearer signage!!! Two door codes were confusing, which added unnecessary hassle!!!

We had a lovely two-night stay in a cozy double room with a balcony. The view was breathtaking, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Don't miss the nearby restaurants. we found a delightful local diner that served the best fish and chips! Plan ahead for outdoor seating.

Really enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Room with a kitchenette. Great location near parking and a cozy bakery down the street!

the location was awesome, just a ten-minute walk to the center. the deluxe room was all set with a kitchenette and a balcony. there was a flat-screen tv, electric kettle, and microwave. the shower was great, and the place was super clean. perfect for a couple getaway.

The unusual features in the room made our stay quite enjoyable. The temperature control kept the space cozy throughout the night.

The noise from other guests in the hallway could be heard sometimes.

The location was excellent, a car park nearby, which was an extra cost but worth it. Room was spacious and clean, had everything, even a cozy area to prepare meals without rushing.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what you get.

Sea view balcony bliss!

We had a lovely 2-night stay in a double room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Super clean and modern, just what we needed. The car park was right next to the place, which was super handy. Only thing was, it could get a bit noisy at night with the street below.

I truly enjoyed the quaint decor throughout Silver Street Suites, especially the charming lighting and unique decorations that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accessibility to local shops and parking made my stay even more convenient.

Extra grab bars in bathrooms for safety would help.

I had an incredible stay, especially loved the spacious room and the fully equipped kitchen for cooking at leisure. The décor was stunning and spotless, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay! Will definitely return for another visit!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Whitby. It felt very homey, almost like my own place. The Deluxe Room was spacious with a kitchenette, making it easy to prepare light meals. Charming decor throughout gave it a warm and inviting vibe. Parking was conveniently close and inexpensive, which relieved some travel stress. the shower had a bit of mold that I had to clean myself. I also found an empty toilet roll behind the bathroom door. The cleanliness could use some attention, especially in the bathroom. Some extra safety features like grab bars would be beneficial too. Despite the cleanliness issues, the comfy bed made for great sleep.
